Consists of sending technical professionals to locations indicated by customers to provide services, that are usually installation, repair or maintenance, among others. In some businesses there is a service level agreement (SLA) to be respected by the supplier. Teams can be own or outsourced. Usually, a fleet of vehicles is involved.
Yes, you can integrate with your organization’s systems, such as CRMs or ERPs. Our solution has a modern interface layer to provide data to your systems and is also capable of extracting and importing data.

Yes, but your field team will need a mobile data channel (3G, 4G etc.) to transmit this information in real time. Depending on your operation area, there are locations without cell coverage, but don’t worry, because the application is prepared to work without connection (offline). As soon as your team enters a cell coverage area or a wireless network (Wi-Fi), the data will be synchronized
Yes, we have a configurable structure of units that allow your company to define regions and types of services for each kind of subcontractor. You will see the operation as a whole, and each service provider will only access the data related to the service orders associated to them.
Your application may create demands or service orders, directly on the platform, using our integration layer (APIs). Additionally, we can offer a development kit (SDK) to make this integration a less traumatic process.
Depends mainly on the size of your operation (amount of services to be configured, forms and training) and the number of integrations with your current systems, such as CRMs and ERPs. In general, it can be considered a period between 2 and 6 months.
